PARENTS’ AND CITIZENS’ ASSOCIATION
All parents and friends of the school are encouraged to attend the monthly meetings of the P&C Association which are held on the first Tuesday of each month in the Business Room of the Technology Building, commencing at 7.30 p.m.
The Parents’ and Citizens’ Association is very active in promoting the welfare and achievements of our students and in enhancing facilities and resources in the school.

SCHOOL COUNCIL
Parents are also encouraged to participate in the School Council. The School Council meets once per term to discuss the strategic direction of the school. Parents are elected to the School Council for two-year terms. Elections are advertised in the school newsletter, Hawk Talk.

P & C ASSOCIATION SHOP
The P&C Shop is provided by the P & C Association for the convenience of both students and parents. The shop has both new and used uniform items for sale, as well as some stationery requirements. Current used uniforms are accepted for sale on a commission basis. The assistance of parents in the volunteer staffing of the P&C Shop is greatly appreciated. If you are interested in helping out in this way or of you have any queries regarding uniforms, please contact the P&C Shop coordinator, Mrs Pam Ernst for further details. The P&C shop is open every school day (including Student Free Days) from 8.15am-3.15pm and for two weeks prior to the commencement of school each year (ie. from January 9, 2006).
